Scope of Inspection & Liability
Valley Auto Inspections provides a professional visual assessment of a vehicle’s condition at the specific time and date of the inspection. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Point-in-Time Representation: Our reports represent the vehicle's status only while the inspector is on-site. We are not responsible for changes in condition, parts failures, or damages that occur after the inspector has departed.
- Nature of Used Vehicles: You acknowledge that used vehicles are subject to unpredictable mechanical failure. Valley Auto Inspections is not liable for misunderstood diagnoses or any perceived misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition.
- Third-Party Contact: We have no control over the vehicle or who interacts with/drives it once our inspection is complete.
- Limited Liability: In the event of a dispute, the total liability of Valley Auto Inspections is strictly limited to the original amount paid for the inspection service.
Cancellations & Refunds
- External Sales/Cancellations: If a vehicle is sold or the inspection is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the customer’s control, a full refund will be issued.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Inspections cancelled at the customer's request may incur processing fees. Remaining balances will be issued as a partial refund.
- Recommendation: To ensure the vehicle is not sold before our inspector arrives, we strongly recommend placing a refundable deposit with the seller or dealership.
Pricing and Fees
- Quotes: Prices are determined by individual requests, vehicle type, and location. Disregard any pricing information provided by anyone other than an authorized Valley Auto Inspections employee.
- Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for Same-Day Service, After-Hours Inspections, or Late-Stage Cancellations. All applicable fees will be disclosed and included in your final invoice.
- Adjustments: Prices are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.

By submitting an inspection request form or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
