Please remember, the information you receive via email, text, or verbal is a representation of the condition and status of a vehicle at the time an inspector is on site. Valley Auto Inspections is not liable for any misunderstood diagnosis or misrepresentation of a vehicle being inspected. These are used cars and failures can happen at any point in time, After an inspector leaves the vehicle Valley Auto has no control over who or what may come in contact or drive the vehicle in question. Valley Auto Inspections limits any proven liability to the original amount paid for the service.

Vehicles that have sold or cancelled NOT in the control of the customer are eligible for a full refund. Units cancelled under the control of the customer may incur processing fees but are still eligible for partial refund. Remember placing a refundable deposit on a vehicle with the dealer or seller prior to inspection is always recommended to prevent the vehicle to be sold prior to inspection. 

Submitting a form and/or making a payment both mean you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

NOTE: Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices are based off of individual requests and vehicle type. DO NOT listen to prices given to you by anyone other than a Valley Auto employee. Fees may apply for SAME DAY,  AFTER HOURS or CANCELLATION of  inspections, these fees will be discussed and included in your invoice.
